Absolutely appalled, I tried to get an appointment twice because I was in a car accident and had a wrist injury. Appointment #1 I turned up for 20 minutes early to have the rude receptionist tell me he was called into surgery and someone should have called me to reschedule. So I left annoyed. Called a few days later to reschedule the receptionist AGAIN was very rude with an attitude. I choose to seek assistance else where. Absolutely unbelievable. Furious is an understatement

I had Dr Lieberman at this facility as a Back Specialist when I fractured my L2 vertebrae back in May, 2017. I found him rude, rushed, nasty and uncommunicative in my 2 visits there. Just a few days ago, Sept. 28, I had bad muscle pain in my rib cage and back from physical therapy for treatment of my fracture, and was told by Dr Lieberman's 'medical assistant' that he suggested "calling an ambulance for the emergency room, because it could be a sign of a heart attack or stroke!" Notated below is the actual medical explanation of what was happening to me, and if Dr. Lieberman and his 'medical assistant' had taken the time to LISTEN to me, they should have diagnosed me as follows, and offered me treatment for such pain!! ""Diaphragm and Phrenic Nerve Pain. The diaphragm is a large dome shaped muscle that separates the chest and abdominal cavities. The lower edge of the diaphragm is attached to the inner surface of ribs 6 through 12, the xiphoid process of the sternum and the upper 2 or 3 lumbar vertebrae (L1, L2, L3). Treatment is usually prescription muscle relaxers and bed rest." Be very careful who you trust!!
