His ego enters the room 5 minutes before he does. Your typical Ivy-league egotistical fool. He is fine as a Doctor as long as you don't feel like you are slowing him down. If the novicaine doesn't act quick enough you are out if luck. Suck it up and endure the pain. A sweat-shop focused on processing people and making money.
